仕事内容
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and space utilization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and performance
- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance management, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Support the development and execution of overall logistics strategies

- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management (manufacturing/logistics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes
- Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and data analysis tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
