HR Administration
- Maintain HR records and employee database accurately and on time.
- Coordinate HR documentation, staff confirmations, salary details, and manpower updates with Head Office.
- Manage employee IDs, visitor passes, boardroom reservations, and HR correspondence.
- Coordinate overtime and executive allowance approvals with Finance.
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to confirmation.
- Screen CVs, arrange tests and interviews, and complete recruitment documentation.
- Organize onboarding activities including induction programs, medical checks, and issuing company items.
- Follow up on probation confirmations and contract renewals.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle employee concerns related to salary, statutory matters, and benefits.
- Support employee welfare activities, loans, and staff events.
Training & Development
- Support training needs analysis and prepare the annual training calendar.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain the training database.
- Monitor training effectiveness and prepare evaluation reports.
Internal Communication
- Communicate HR policies and procedures and support internal communication programs.
- Identify employee concerns and coordinate with relevant departments.
HR Systems & Performance Management
- Maintain HRIS and support the implementation of the performance management system (PMS).
- Update employee data, monitor goal setting and evaluations, and generate HR reports.
Employee Development
- Support career development programs such as leadership development initiatives and internship programs.
- Coordinate internship recruitment, training plans, documentation, and evaluations.

Must:
- Degree in HR or equivalent
- At least 4 years' experience in full HR functions (HR, HRM, HRD, HR system, Payroll)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Verbal and written communication skills英語
