  • Prepare and submit quotations, and negotiate with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Collect data, analyze risks, and prepare tender documents in compliance with requirements
  • Manage, plan, and coordinate bidding processes
  • Review TOR (Terms of Reference)
  • Search for procurement project information via e-bidding system and monitor updates from relevant government department(s)
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, banks, and internal teams
  • Analyze data and manage the team
