  - Interpret between Thai and Japanese staff to ensure clear communication in daily operations and meetings
  - Translate documents (Thai to Japanese and Japanese to Thai) with accuracy and clarity
  - Support Japanese employees with administrative tasks such as visa and work permit applications
  - Facilitate coordination between Japanese and Thai employees to maintain a smooth workflow
  - Handle other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director
