  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to strengthen and enhance our accounting function.
  This role will be responsible not only for day-to-day accounting operations but also for improving accounting quality, reviewing workflows, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and is expected to take on management responsibilities in the future.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Depending on experience and skills, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  - Review, redesign, and improve accounting workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
  - Identify issues within current accounting processes and propose practical improvement plans
  - Conduct a full review and “mapping” of accounting operations, including:
  ・Process visualization
  ・Task reorganization and standardization
  ・Development and maintenance of accounting manuals and procedures
  - Coordinate and communicate with related departments and management
  - Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management
  - Support monthly and annual closing activities
  - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  - Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as required within the finance and administration function
