  [Job Summary]
  - Manage the warehouse in accordance with the company’s policies and vision.
  - Oversee all processes including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and product maintenance.
  - Plan and utilize warehouse space efficiently.
  - Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal policies and operational procedures.
  - Ensure compliance with all warehouse, handling, and transportation requirements.
  - Maintain standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security.
  - Control inventory and reconcile data through the warehouse management system.
  - Prepare the annual budget.
  - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and transportation companies.
  - Plan job rotation, assign tasks, and evaluate performance appropriately.
  - Recruit, select, conduct basic training, guide, and motivate employees.
  - Prepare regular reports and statistics (inbound/outbound reports, inventory reports, etc.).
  - Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
