    - Participate in and deliver at least 2 full-cycle SAP Payroll implementation projects (Blueprint to Go-Live).
    - Gather and analyze client business requirements and translate them into SAP Payroll functional designs.
    - Design and configure SAP Payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processes.
    - Prepare functional specification documents for payroll configuration and system enhancements.
    - Manage integration between SAP Payroll and third-party systems (e.g. HR master data, Time Management, external vendors).
    - Handle payroll data and payroll result migration, including validation and reconciliation.
    - Ensure compliance with Thai payroll localization, including tax, social security, and statutory regulations.
    - Support and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and cutover activities.
    - Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.
    - Coordinate with ABAP/Technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders.

    【Must】
    - Experienced minimum 2 years in Payroll project implementations cycle.
    - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and statutory requirements in Thailand.
    - Experience with payroll data migration and system integration.
    - Payroll result migration and familiar localization. E.g. tax and statutory, conduct UAT and cutover
    - Good command in English
