  Job Summary：
  The Importing/Exporting & Purchasing Officer will be responsible for handling all import and export procedures as well as overall purchasing activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, timely procurement of goods, and effective coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams.
  
  Responsibilities：
  - Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
  - Handle purchasing activities such as sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, negotiating prices, and issuing purchase orders.
  - Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues.
  - Maintain accurate records of import/export documents, purchase orders, and supplier information.
  - Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and provide purchasing support.
  - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and international trade requirements.
  - Communicate and follow up with overseas suppliers, agents, and logistics partners.
  - Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong business relationships.
  - Prepare necessary reports related to purchasing and logistics activities.
