【Job Summary】
・Collaborate with distributors and agents in various countries, primarily India and the Middle East, to gather diverse information, including local needs and regulatory trends
・Analyze collected information to develop product planning for air conditioning equipment that meets market demands, such as enhancing product lineups and strengthening product competitiveness
・Present product planning proposals to management
・Formulate mid-term product concepts (create development roadmaps and profit/loss plans)
・Support sales promotion activities for marketed products (catalogs, leaflets, SNS)
・Overseas business trips as required

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in product planning (market research/marketing, competitor analysis, etc.)
- Data analysis skills
- English: Business level(TOEIC score: 650 up)
- Management experience(Manager up) at least 3 years
