  【Job Details】
  Provide the company’s service to the customers by coordinating with relevant parties. Understand the
  company’s products and services in order to achieve sales targets.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Service contact person for all the clients in collaboration with the team members and obtain
  clients’ approval on contents to be published
  - Understand the clients’ business and needs. Share the necessary information with outsourcing
  marketing partners including
  - Review and Create blog topics base on Keywords that client requirements
  - Marketing Plan for blogs
  - Check the Google Ads performance with outsourcing marketing partners
  - Analyze sales data, summarize issues, prepare reports, organize client documents and contribute
  to developing sales strategies
  - Monthly preview report to the customers
  - Search and analyze Keywords for customers
  - Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  - Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties for the smooth execution of the service
  - Respond to customers’ requirements related to the service
  - Create and post content for the company’s products
  - Prepare information and materials to propose the company’s products for sale
  - Prepare sales presentation materials, quotations, and sales contracts
  - Provide customer support throughout the sales process and conduct post-sale follow-ups
  - Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying problems and helping find solutions
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
