  ＜Overview＞
  We are seeking an experienced QC/QA Engineer to ensure the quality of digital solutions for smart buildings. The role covers a wide range of real estate systems and operations, including visitor management, parking control, CCTV, tenant mobile apps, BMS, and energy-saving systems.
  
  ＜Key Responsibilities＞
  ‐ Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the following systems:
  Visitor Management System
  Parking Management System
  CCTV Surveillance System
  Mobile Applications for Tenants
  BMS (Building Management System)
  Energy-saving Control Systems
  
  - Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors, including third-party products as part of system integration (SI)
  - Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  - Report bugs and work with developers and project managers for resolution
  - Maintain and improve quality standards and optimize QA processes
  - Communicate and coordinate with local and international vendors
  - Provide support for post-deployment system operations
