    Responsibilities:

    - Managing and overseeing full HR functions for Thailand and some functions for other countries in APAC
    - Executing payroll operations and personal income tax
    - Managing performance management (KPI setting, Promotion, Salary adjustment, and Bonus)
    - Involving in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
    - Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
    - Planning and managing employee relations
    - Developing and managing welfare and benefit
    - Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
    - At least 4 years of HR experience in full functions both HRM and HRD
    - Competence familiar with labor law or equivalent knowledge
    - Excellent in spoken and written English
    - Good interpersonal and communication skills along with problem-solving skills
    - Computer proficient, especially in using PowerPoint and Excel
