    - Conduct private and group Pilates sessions exclusively using Pilates machines
    - Assess clients’ physical conditions and customize machine-based programs according to individual goals
    - Provide clear, professional instruction to Japanese customers
    - Monitor and document client progress, and modify programs as needed
    - Maintain a clean and safe studio environment and ensure proper machine setup and care
    - Communicate effectively with clients to build trust and retention
    - Assist in trial sessions and support new client onboarding
    - Other tasks assigned by manager

    【Must】
    - English skill (Conversation level)
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills
    - Passion for being pilates trainer

    【Advantage】
    - Ability to conduct both private and group sessions using Pilates machines
    - Proficiency in Japanese language (equivalent to N3 level up)
    - Background in physical therapy, fitness
    - Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours
