  - Develop and manage the company’s annual and long-term strategic plans, including financial forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs), and support senior executives in defining departmental KPIs
  - Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic planning
  - Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational alignment with the company’s overall strategy
  - Monitor the progress of strategic plans and provide regular updates and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders
  - Lead or support key strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, new business development, and organizational restructuring. Provide support to the HR department in succession planning and in restructuring compensation frameworks
  - Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior executives and the Board of Directors
  - Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement
  - Monitor economic, industry, and regulatory trends that may impact the company’s strategy or performance, and ensure legal compliance and business-related regulatory adherence
  - Lead organizational planning workshops and facilitate strategic sessions with senior management for ECM, BOD, and AGM meetings
