  [Product] Automotive Interior Part (Head lining,Door Trim,Trunk & luggage trim etc.)
  
  - Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
  - Manage the productivity, the quality, the safety, delivery, and COST
  - Take the lead in setting up new product lines in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  - Engage with global customers, addressing production-related concerns.
  - Define policies and work plans in alignment with company policies.
  - Supervise production to ensure it meets the production plan efficiently and aligns with KPIs.
  - Control production costs to meet KPI targets.
  - Oversee employees' work to ensure compliance with regulations.
  - Ensure employee safety, hygiene, and working environment.
  - Develop and improve production processes, methods, and machinery.
  - Coordinate with procurement for tools and machinery.
  - Evaluate employee performance.
  - Prepare and review monthly production reports.
  - Participate in and conduct meetings with all relevant parties to summarize the department's performance.
  - Other duties as directed
