  ・Responsible for achieving sales target by following store sales/budget plan and managing daily, weekly and monthly sales operation
  ・Analyzing sales/budget reports, indicating key issues, making/executing store development plan
  
  [Responsibility]
  <Store management＞
  ・To plan and execute　localized store operation by understanding corporate culture and brand CS/VMD
  ・Able to communicate with subordinates in order to maintain store operation with high standard
  ・To manage store staff schedule, conduct on the job trainings and give proper product trainings/knowledge and lead the floor staff in achieving sales and other store target.
  ・Monitor and manage MD plan and plan/execute improvement plan based on corporate direction
  
  <Store development>
  ・Able to negotiate with landlord as a counterpart along with corporate business direction
  ・To maintain good relationship with landlord and able to obtain potential location with good condition
  ・Lead the recruitment process for front line staff and work together with relevant HR Dept. to successfully close the vacant positions in the store
  ・Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by managers
