- Control and develop the Air Export Customer Service team to ensure efficient operations that align with customer requirements and company policies
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to enhance staff skills and abilities
- Monitor and follow up with the team to ensure they understand their tasks and can complete them accurately
- Support and advise the team in solving work-related issues and process challenges
- Minimize unnecessary expenses or costs caused by human errors
- Support the CS Manager in analyzing problems and improving the team’s performance to reduce incidents and CCNs (Customer Complaint Notifications)
- Allocate tasks within the team based on the business type, service scopte and clearly explain work procedures to avoid mistakes
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to resolve issues effectively
- Prepare reports on incidents, accidents, and corrective measures (Incident/Accident/8D Reports)
- Review and verify shipment data, including Daily Shipment Prompt Reports and Profit & Loss Reports
- Motivate and guide the CS team to increase revenue and profitability through effective strategies

[Must]
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics or related fields
- At least 3-5 years of experience in air freight export customer service roles
- English Business level
- Good knowledge of Air freight forwarder business英語
