    JOB SUMMARY:

    - Design and develop conceptual level production equipment.
    - Explore new process technology for suspension assembly and identify potential solutions in capacity and productivity improvement.
    - Technical coordinate and manage oversea equipment standard component suppliers specially in Japan and international countries to deliver process module and/or equipment per requirement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Provide equipment design concept with a breakthrough idea in process technology to support suspension manufacturing requirement.
    - Manage and follow up project activities with process development team to deliver process and equipment solution per commitment timeline.
    - Technical coordinate and manage equipment suppliers to deliver key process technology and solution per requirement.

  • 応募条件

    - Master's degree in mechanical engineering or Automation Engineering.

    Skill Required:

    - 3D/2D machine and automation design. (Solid work/AutoCAD)
    - Expert in creative thinking, problem solving and root cause analysis.
    - Extensive knowledge and technical skills in process/production/manufacturing and automation system.
    - Excellent in listening, reading, writing in Thai / English and Japanese languages (N2 and above)
    - If Japanese Nationality holding, must speaking, read, write in both Thai & English well

    Experience:

    - Minimum 10-15 years' experience (with master’s) in process development and automation design.
    - 5-10 years in technical management and coordination (in Japanese) with Japanese companies.
    - 5-10 years on HDD or electronic manufacturing is preferable
    - Able to travel to other countries such as Japan more Offen
