  - Create System/Server Preventive Maintenance Plan with collaborate with user & IT Vendor
  - Make System & Server Requirement follow company standard quality with security
  - Initiate new idea solution that can improve existing system & server infrastructure with cost effective.
  - Lead & Conduct IT Vendor to implement new server establishment with quality control
  - Control System/Server Change Management with collaborate with user & vendor
  - Manage daily operation and monitor all system & server performance, include backup system
  - Manage System & Server list to be up-to-date
  - Maintain server security (OS Patch update) to be latest by utilize company standard tool (BigFix, Intune)
  - Troubleshooting & Investigate in case of incident occur in each system & server with IT vendor & product owner support to recovery system & server incident follow company service level agreement (SLA)
  - Manage System & Server Service Maintenance Agreement
  - Manage System & Server license (Window Server, Redhat, Oracle, VEEAM, VMWare, etc.)
  - Check & Verify System & Server Performance Report, Backup Report
  - Check & Verify System & Server Vulnerability Report with collaborate with Global Security Team In case found any abnormal, can take action with collaborate with all related party (IT management, user, vendor)
