＜Overview＞We are seeking an experienced QC/QA Engineer to ensure the quality of digital solutions for smart buildings. The role covers a wide range of real estate systems and operations, including visitor management, parking control, CCTV, tenant mobile apps, BMS, and energy-saving systems.＜Key Responsibilities＞‐ Develop and execute test plans and test cases for the following systems:Visitor Management SystemParking Management SystemCCTV Surveillance SystemMobile Applications for TenantsBMS (Building Management System)Energy-saving Control Systems- Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors, including third-party products as part of system integration (SI)- Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT)- Report bugs and work with developers and project managers for resolution- Maintain and improve quality standards and optimize QA processes- Communicate and coordinate with local and international vendors- Provide support for post-deployment system operations
