Job Description
- Study term of service, competitor information, market potential, shipping line, airlines in term of service, warehouse scope of service and prepare the company presentation.- Hunt for new customer accounts across all industries. - Approach (visit, call, email, etc) the customers both new customers and existing customers in purpose of achieve the customer requirement (quotation, SOP, etc) prior to offering service. - Provide quotation and follow up for feedback.- Handle and Support airfreight, seafreight RFI, RFQ, RFP and sales inquiries from customers.- Update daily in CRM System on customer visits & sales progress.- Prepare monthly sales and marketing activities reports.- Make daily and monthly report.
