- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team with engineering methodology.- Ensure all machines/equipment and facilities are kept in optimal working conditions.- Plan and schedule routine maintenance activities.- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.- Maintain records of all maintenance activities and repairs with analysis methods to prevent issued include extend life cycle of spare part.- Lead maintenance team to do project to improvement on machines/equipment/facilities for cost saving.- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals.- Analysis data to improve machines/equipment/facilities breakdown case and take action to prevent occurrence issued.
