• Job Description

  Scope of Job: Responsible for controlling, monitoring, and improving manufacturing painting processes to ensure product quality, production efficiency, and cost reduction.
  
  - Responsible for managing and improving painting processes in the manufacturing production line to ensure product quality and production efficiency
  - Monitor and control painting processes, including surface preparation, pre-treatment, painting application, drying, and curing processes
  - Analyze and troubleshoot painting defects such as paint peeling, uneven coating, orange peel, dust contamination, and color variation
  - Develop and implement process improvements to reduce paint defects, material consumption, production costs, and cycle time
  - Monitor key process parameters, including paint viscosity, temperature, humidity, spray pressure, and coating thickness
  - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers to resolve process-related issues and maintain product quality standards
  - Support new product introduction, process validation, equipment setup, and continuous improvement activities
  - Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, control plans, and process performance reports
