• Job Description

  1. Job Purpose
  Lead and manage the QC department to ensure motorcycle assembly quality meets company standards and customer requirements. Drive quality improvement, defect reduction, and operational excellence while effectively managing a team of approximately 80 employees.
  
  2. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality control across incoming inspection, in-process assembly, and final inspection.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to eliminate defects and prevent customer complaints.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce defect rates, rework, scrap, and quality costs.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, including Defect Rate, PPM, FPY, and Customer Claims.
  • Lead, develop, and manage approximately 80 QC employees, including supervisors and team leaders.
  • Plan manpower, allocate resources, and improve team performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and ISO 9001.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Report quality performance and improvement plans to management.
