    Job Details
    - Market Quality Information Analysis: Independently analyze market quality information and identify issues that require further investigation.
    - Failure Investigation and Follow-up: Coordinate failure investigations, monitor progress, and determine appropriate next steps.
    - Quality Meetings and Reporting: Prepare quality reports, present investigation findings, and follow up on action items.
    - Quality Assurance Systems and Compliance: Utilize quality assurance (QA) systems, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, and improve QA processes.
    - Coaching and Team Support: Coach junior engineers on quality confirmation, failure analysis, and report preparation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements
    - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a GPA of 2.5 or higher
    - More than 8 years of experience in quality engineering in automotive manufacturing
    - Availability to work 3–6 Saturdays per year; Saturday work is remote
    - Conversational English proficiency for internal communication and email, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    Advantages
