• Job Description

  • Create, develop, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) for motorcycle models and related products.
  • Develop and manage BOM structures in the system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with product specifications and engineering requirements.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and other relevant departments to ensure BOM accuracy and production readiness.
  • Analyze product structures, components, and assembly processes to ensure BOM completeness and correctness.
  • Manage BOM revisions and updates in accordance with engineering changes and new product introductions.
  • Verify material codes, component specifications, quantities, and BOM configurations before implementation.
  • Investigate and resolve BOM discrepancies affecting material planning, production, and inventory accuracy.
  • Support process improvement, new model launches, and engineering documentation to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
