• Job Description

  Production Process Control :
  ㆍTrain employees to ensure proficiency in their assigned tasks.
  ㆍSupervise employees to ensure work is performed according to established standards.
  ㆍAnalyze and resolve issues arising on the production line (e.g., regarding personnel, machinery, workpieces, or work methods) and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  ㆍImprove production processes (Kaizen) to enhance quality, reduce production costs, increase efficiency, or improve safety.
  ㆍPlan for machinery care and maintenance; ensure an adequate and efficient supply of spare parts.
  ㆍDefine specifications and tool life for spare parts and jigs.
  ㆍCoordinate with relevant departments to resolve production issues (e.g., machinery repairs with Maintenance, production troubleshooting with PE, and part preparation with PC).
  
  Quality Control within the Department :
  ㆍStrictly adhere to the company's established quality system requirements (IATF 16949 and ISO 14001)
  
  Safety, 6S, and Kaizen :
  ㆍEnsure subordinates are provided with adequate and effective safety equipment. Issue instructions or provide guidance on workplace safety practices to subordinates.
  ㆍComply with company safety regulations and serve as a positive role model for subordinates.
  ㆍSupervise subordinates to ensure consistent cleanliness and proper care of assets within their assigned areas.
  ㆍPromote and take the lead in various activities. ...assigned tasks to continuously improve the department, such as 6S activities, Safety, and Kaizen.
  ㆍPresent Kaizen initiatives.
