  Job description:
  • Inspect and analyze defective parts and test results to ensure compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the production plant on customer audits and related activities.
  • Perform root cause analyses of errors and non-conformances, and implement corrective actions for customer non-conformities.
  • Support customer complaint handling by analyzing, following up on, and responding to complaints, with support from regional quality managers, plant quality, and central quality teams.
  • Support the submission of new-model documentation, including PPAP, PSW, and other technical documents.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and quality status using data released by customers, and report the status to the production plant.
  • Manage all deliveries for assigned projects.
  • Assist the management team with ad hoc projects and other QA tasks as required.
