  • Job Description

    - Management of painting processes and the painting floor
    - Support for painting tasks based on production demands
    - Root cause analysis and implementation of improvement measures for paint defects
    - Various reports to the Plant Manager regarding production status, quality issues, and improvement activities
    - Operational and personnel management within the manufacturing department
    - Progress management of on-site operations based on the production plan
    - Support for internal and external audits
    - Representing the manufacturing department during customer visits and customer audits
    - Other tasks related to the manufacturing department as assigned by the Plant Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - At least 5 years of practical experience on a painting site
    - At least 1 year of experience in a management position such as Chief, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager

    [Advantage]
    - Work experience in a Japanese manufacturing company or Japanese-affiliated factory
    - Experience with painting processes at an automotive parts manufacturer
    - Experience in handling audits such as ISO / IATF
    - Experience in customer service or handling customer audits

    [Skills/Knowledge]
    - Ability to analyze root causes and propose improvement measures for defects arising in the painting process
    - Practical knowledge of painting processes, equipment, and work methodologies
    - Hands-on ability to perform painting tasks yourself as necessary
