  Product: Lead frame
  
  Job Summary:
  Responsible for the design and development of progressive stamping dies / press molds for high-precision electronic components (such as lead frames, metal terminals, and connectors). The role includes designing mold structures, evaluating prototypes, troubleshooting production line issues, and continuously optimizing tool performance.
  
  Key Responsibilities :
  - Responsible for designing molds according to manufacturing requirements, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring quality standards. (Manager level will also oversee team management and project delivery.)
  - Design progressive stamping dies / press molds according to product specifications and customer requirements using CAD software (2D / 3D).
  - Create and update technical drawings, mold component layouts, and bill of materials (BOM).
  - Collaborate with the tooling/machining and production teams during mold assembly, trial runs, and testing.
  - Analyze design defects, mold wear, and trial results to make required engineering modifications.
  - Support line troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities to optimize tool life and production efficiency.
