  • Job Description

    - Process import and export customs clearance (cooperate with suppliers and shipping agents)
    - Handle local and overseas shipments
    - Manage weekly import-export shipments
    - Check export shipment expenses and process shipments with third parties or other forwarders
    - Manage store and event insurance matters, including coordinating with insurers and the Company to ensure proper documentation and procedures are completed
    - E-commerce
    - Manage and process shipment orders with brands
    - Manage and process import shipments of VM material and furniture
    - Oversee security service providers and streamline operational workflows and documentation
    - Any other operational and sales-related duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
    - Experience in logistics, shipping, import and export process, including customs clearance
    - Good coordination and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail
    - Capable of calculating customs duties, import/export taxes, and related tariffs accurately
    - Good command of English at a business level
