  • Job Description

    - Develop and manage departmental KPIs to ensure that performance targets are achieved.
    - Prepare and manage budgets for new product development activities.
    - Plan and implement Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new products.
    - Prepare internal Action Plans and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure activities are completed according to plan.
    - Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers to provide updates on new product development progress.
    - Follow up on project progress and coordinate with relevant internal teams.
    - Prepare reports and documentation related to new model development.
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    - 0–2 years of work experience or above.
    - Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are welcome to apply.
    - Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    - Good communication and coordination skills.
    - Good organizational and follow-up skills.
    - Able to work effectively with multiple departments.
