  • Job Description

    1) Purchasing and Procurement Administration
    - Prepare purchase orders (PO) and related documents.
    - Register suppliers and establish product, service, or asset listings in the ERP system.
    - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and sufficient quantities to meet the production department 's needs.
    - Analyze market data, price trends, and factors affecting raw materials and packaging.
    - Review purchasing and stock replenishment plans based on forecasts and actual orders.
    - Negotiate prices for raw materials, packaging, and services to control costs effectively.
    2) Supplier Audit, Quality and NCR
    - Conduct a supplier evaluation in conjunction with the QA department.
    - Monitor the quality of raw materials, packaging, and services.
    - Take action if raw materials or packaging do not meet specifications.
    - Manage and track NCRs, including Corrective and Preventive Actions, from suppliers.
    - Provides traceability information and root cause analysis for quality issues or customer complaints .
    - Review and update workflows, SOPs, forms, and reports to align with quality standards.
    3) Import Administration
    - Check the relevant import documents and licenses.
    - Control clearing costs and import costs to meet standard costs.
    - Verify the cost per shipment and the accuracy of the invoice.
    - Review the regulations, workflow, and SOPs related to importing.
    4) Export Administration
    - Check the shipping schedule to ensure it aligns with customer and distributor requirements.
    - Review export documents and documents related to government agencies.
    - Review the costs and expenses of each shipment.
    - Review the regulations, workflow, and SOPs related to exporting.
    5) Planning
    - Coordinate forecast data with the sales department.
    - Coordinate with the production and QA departments to develop and monitor production plans.
    - Monitor operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
    6) Warehouse Administration
    - Check the readiness of raw materials, packaging, finished products, and consumables.
    - Maintain sufficient stock levels for production and operations.
    - Evaluate data and tools to improve warehouse efficiency.
    - Supporting cost reduction, streamlining, and continuous improvement of work processes .

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, and GPA of at least 2.70.
    - 3-5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.
    - Have knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms.
    - Have knowledge of the import and export processes.
    - Possesses knowledge in purchasing, production planning, and warehouse management.
    - Have knowledge of regulations and quality standards.
    - Be able to use ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
    - Conversation level in English
