  • Job Description

    - Assess legacy internal network and server environments to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
    - Design and implement next-generation IT infrastructure, including network re-architecture and cloud migration (e.g., AWS, Azure).
    - Stabilize cross-border/inter-office communications, strengthen cybersecurity, and optimize remote work infrastructure.
    - Analyze manufacturing and administrative workflows to identify manual or inefficient paper/Excel-based processes.
    - Evaluate, select, and implement digital solutions (RPA, BI tools, low-code platforms) to automate tasks and boost productivity.
    - Drive user adoption and foster a digital-first mindset across various departments.
    - Ensure the stability of newly implemented network and server environments, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - English: Conversational level
    - Experience as a Network Engineer, IT infrastructure
    - Hands-on experience in DX(Digital Transformation)

    [Advantage]
    - Japanese: N3 up
    - Knowledge of Power Apps, RPA, or data visualization tools
