  • Job Description

    - Develop and lead overall marketing strategies across all our brands in alignment with business and sales goals.
    - Build and enhance the company’s brand image through PR, marketing activities, and promotional campaigns.
    - Utilize all forms of media, including national, regional, and international, to build, maintain, and manage brand perception as well as product portfolio.
    - Manage and oversee all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Line Official Account, TikTok) for the brand and coordinate with external partners on social media content development.
    - Responsible for acquiring new customers and developing new products to expand business opportunities and sales channels.
    - Prepare business plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
    - Collect and analyze sales data, consumer trends, market demand, and competitor movements continuously.
    - Propose and execute proactive sales and marketing strategies within assigned markets.
    - Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop new products, packaging, and labeling that meet market demand.
    - Present new products to customers, plan product launches, and monitor sales performance post-launch.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create new business opportunities.
    - Manage and grow modern trade and e-commerce sales channels.
    - Plan and implement joint promotional activities with customers to drive sales growth.
    - Coordinate with the sales manager on product cost structures.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields
    - Good command of Thai and English (both spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
    - Strong knowledge of international trade, branding, and market development
    - At least 10 years of experience in marketing, brand development, export sales, or business development
    - Experience in FMCG, food industry, or export markets is highly desirable
    - Experience working for large corporations or multinational companies will be a plus.
    - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    - Ability to manage projects, multitask, and work under pressure
    - Creativity in product development, branding, and marketing activities
    - Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
    - Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
