  • Job Description

    • Manage production planning and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
    • Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
    • Coordinate with the purchasing department to manage raw materials and packaging to ensure sufficient supply for production.
    • Monitor inventory, production efficiency, and resource utilization.
    • Drive continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
    • 3 years up of experience in production planning within beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing.
    • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
    • Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
