Job Description
[Responsibility]
・Manage the entire production process—including molding, mold maintenance, and inspection—as head of the Manufacturing Department
・Identify internal and external issues, analyze root causes, develop and implement corrective measures, and verify their effectiveness
・Develop, implement, and manage an equipment maintenance system
・Promote training on process improvement for all employees
・Support and improve the product issue and problem monitoring
・Other tasks assigned by GM
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
・Knowledge of injection molding operations and injection molds
・Experience in manufacturing injection molds
・Experience in a managerial role or higher within the manufacturing industry
・Driver's license and own a carEnglish Level
