  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager / Technical Advisor with strong knowledge in mechanical dynamics and materials engineering. The successful candidate will lead and mentor the engineering team while overseeing manufacturing processes, production equipment design, and new production line setup. This role requires both hands-on technical capability and leadership experience.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team
  - Design and improve manufacturing and production equipment
  - Lead new production line setup and commissioning
  - Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production optimization
  - Prepare and review technical drawings (mechanical and electrical design required)
  - Oversee mechanical structure design and collaborate on electrical system integration
  - Troubleshoot production and equipment-related technical issues
  - Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
  - Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes
