• Job Description

  - Design industrial machines such as automation equipment, jigs & fixtures, and conveyor systems
  - Develop mechanical designs and concepts based on customer requirements and project specifications
  - Create engineering drawings (2D/3D) including detailed drawings, assembly drawings, and part drawings
  - Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation required for manufacturing
  - Use 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, I-CAD, AutoCAD) for machine design and modeling
  - Conduct basic simulations and structural analysis to verify design strength and functionality
  - Select and specify standard mechanical components, including:
  - Pneumatic/Hydraulic components (cylinders, valves, etc.)
  - Transmission components (gearboxes, motors, servo motors, lead screws, linear guides)
  - Sensors suitable for machine operation
  - Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Programmers to integrate mechanical systems with control systems
  - Support machine assembly, testing, and troubleshooting during installation and test runs
  - Manage assigned projects and ensure design completion within project schedules
  - Work closely with automation, electrical, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
