  • Job Description

    -Develop strategic plans to drive and improve the overall hospital revenue management operations to ensure efficiency.
    -Supervise and monitor revenue management performance to ensure it aligns with the established plans and targets, and review goals and plans to remain appropriate to the current situation.
    -Manage budgets and manpower planning for the hospital’s revenue management operations in order to control costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
    -Develop plans to ensure the completeness and accuracy of medical service charges in order to prevent and reduce errors in patient billing.
    -Plan and improve the processes for medical claim submissions for patients using insurance benefits to ensure efficiency.
    -Plan, monitor, and assess risks within the revenue management department, including operational, financial, and other related risks.
    -Develop and improve the patient financial system to enhance the efficiency of medical payment processing and meet the needs of system users.
    -Manage accounts receivable effectively to ensure revenue collection meets targets and maintain sufficient cash flow for hospital operations.
    -Establish guidelines for managing medical credit agreements in collaboration with related departments to ensure efficient accounts receivable management.
    -Plan and manage the hospital revenue remittance and patient refund processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    -Develop plans to manage complaints related to patient and family services, and analyze issues to improve operational processes effectively.
    -Analyze the root causes of problems related to revenue management and propose improvement and development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
    -Oversee the preparation of statistical and analytical reports related to hospital financial performance and patient services, including in-depth revenue analysis to support management decision-making.
    -Provide guidance and consultation to subordinates in performing their duties, ensuring correct work practices and supporting capability development.
    -Plan and drive internal staff participation in quality improvement activities such as CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) and 5S initiatives.
    -Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - 8–10 years of experience in revenue management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
