• Job Description

  The Accounting Officer is responsible for managing and recording financial transactions from both online and offline sales channels. This role focuses on ensuring financial accuracy, monitoring cash flow, analyzing advertising investments, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Record and manage financial transactions from online platforms (e.g. TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Lazada, LINE) and offline sales channels.
  - Verify the accuracy of financial data and manage cash balances and accounts.
  - Process payments according to purchase orders and outstanding liabilities, ensuring all supporting documents are accurate and complete.
  - Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of advertising expenditures by analyzing revenue and related costs.
  - Analyze financial data to identify trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  - Prepare and present financial reports and summaries to management to support strategic decision-making and future planning.
  - Coordinate and work closely with relevant departments, including Marketing and Management, to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
