    Division : Innovation Division – Product Design Department



    -Define design direction, goals, and manage resources for the product design unit.
    -Lead market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
    -Oversee concept development, sketching, 3D modeling, and technical documentation.
    -Review prototypes to ensure feasibility, manufacturability, and quality standards.
    -Coordinate with marketing, production/engineering, and procurement teams.
    -Conduct design review meetings and present concepts to senior management.
    -Mentor and evaluate designers, provide feedback, and organize training sessions.
    -Plan and manage new product development (NPD) projects from concept to mass production.
    -Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery within budget and timeline.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor’s degree in Product Design or Industrial Design.
    -Minimum 3 years’ experience in furniture design and 3 years in interior design.
    -Strong skills in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, PowerPoint, Canva.
    -Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    -Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and mentoring abilities.
    -Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
