    Job Description
    You will be responsible for planning, developing, and operating internal business applications aimed at improving sales support and business process efficiency.
    This role covers group companies in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, as well as collaboration with the Japan headquarters.

    Main Responsibilities:
    - Plan, develop, and operate sales support applications
    - Plan, develop, and operate back-office applications
    - Propose and implement system improvements to enhance internal business efficiency
    - Collaborate with regional offices and project teams across multiple countries

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor degree
    - Minimum 2 years experience in application development
    - Have Japanese skill (JLPT N3 or higher)
    - English language skill (Reading and writing: Fair)

    【Advantage】
    - Experience with Java or Python
    - Experience in creating detailed design documents or other technical documentation
    - Experience in web application development
    - Experience developing within Microsoft environments (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, etc.)
