  • Job Description

    -Lead cross-functional R&D teams including engineers, designers, and technical specialists.
    -Define technology roadmaps for new product and new model development
    -Lead the complete development cycle of new models from concept to mass production
    -Coordinate with styling, design, and marketing teams to define new model specifications
    -Oversee development of new automotive systems, components, or vehicles
    -Ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards (ISO, IATF 16949, etc.)
    -Manage Design Verification Plan and Process (DVP&R) for new models
    -Manage testing phases (ADR, pre-production builds)
    -Analyze test data and implement design improvements
    -Present technical proposals, new model concepts, and progress reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
    - 8-10+ years in automotive R&D or product development
    - 3-5+ years in management or leadership roles
    - Proficiency in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, etc.)
    - Understanding of automotive regulations and standards (FMVSS, ECE, etc.)
    - Familiarity with emerging technologies (EV, ADAS, connected vehicles)
    - Knowledge of platform architecture and modular design strategies
    - Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams including close up technical training team
    Eg. GD&T , Finite analysis or feasibility etc.
