  • Job Description

    1. Control changeover (change model) efficiency to achieve required quality and minimize changeover time.
    2. Identify and implement ideas to improve changeover efficiency (reduce changeover time; simplify changeover methods).
    3. Monitor production efficiency and ensure departmental KPIs are met.
    4. Plan and organize manpower to fully support the production plan.
    5. Maintain 5S standards to meet company requirements.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 5 years' experience supervising production lines, including people management, machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    - Experience using production management software.
    - Oral and written communication skills in the local language and in English.
    - Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety standards.
    - Willingness to work Monday - Saturday, including overtime and shift work.
