Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified professional to manage exports to Japan. The ideal candidate will have experience in food trading and be capable of handling export/import operations efficiently.Job Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the export of Thai food products to Japan, ensuring compliance with both Thai and Japanese regulations.- Handle all export/import documentation, including customs clearance, shipping documents, and compliance certificates.- Liaise with Japanese clients, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.- Monitor inventory and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet export schedules.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese business partners to support business growth.- Identify and resolve any issues related to quality, shipment, or documentation promptly.- Stay updated on regulations, market trends, and consumer preferences in the Japanese food market.- Collaborate with internal teams to plan marketing, promotions, and product launches for the Japanese market.- Report regularly on export performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.- Others as assigned
