  [Key Responsibilities]
  - Collaborate with the Department Head to plan and follow up the activities in the warehouse.
  - Review the method and procedures before proposing to the Department Head approval in order to set standards and improve operational efficiency and profit & loss
  - Comply with customer requirements and standard including customer's procedure, then taking them to educate subordinates.
  - Manage warehouse space and control the cargo storage to meet the customer’s needs and requirements.
  - Follow up the performance and control the operations to ensure the highest safety and no harm to the environment.
  - Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure efficient operation as well as solving problems that occur in the warehouse and find the ways to prevent it from recurring for more efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  - Collaborate with supervisors to set guidelines and plan activities for management consideration including driving the implementation of occupational health and safety in practice of to be consistent and not cause Occupational injury or illness.
  - Manage and develop warehouse staff through proper training, performance evaluations, coaching, and workforce planning to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Oversee labor allocation, shift scheduling, and attendance to maintain smooth and effective operations.
  -Actively participate in the implementation of new projects or business opportunities, including warehouse setup, process design, resource planning, and coordination with relevant departments and customers.
