    Job Descriptions

    • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for HVAC projects, including materials, piping systems, sub-contracting, and construction-related services.
    • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery lead time.
    • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
    • Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines.
    • Monitor market trends, material prices, and potential risks to ensure competitive purchasing decisions.
    • Prepare purchasing reports, track procurement performance, and support internal audits when needed.
    • Communicate effectively in English with local and international suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in HVAC, piping, or construction industries
    • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in a dynamic project environment
    • Good command of English (spoken & written)
    • Team player with proactive attitude
