  • Acted as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in planning and executing both offline and online marketing activities, including budgeting for upcoming projects or campaigns to be presented and discussed with management.
  • Supervised the team to ensure smooth operations and effective achievement of goals.
  • Provided guidance and support to the team, particularly in managing ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE.
  • Worked closely with the sales team, operations, medical personnel, and other relevant departments to coordinate and implement both online and offline activities such as events and seminars smoothly.
  • Collaborated with the design team to create advertising materials (e.g., offline billboards, online promotional videos) in alignment with the clinic’s and company’s branding guidelines.
  • Prepared weekly performance reports, analyzed customer behavior trends, and developed strategic marketing plans under various circumstances to boost sales and support future product and service development.
  • Coordinated and worked with external parties such as advertising models, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handled all related documentation and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
