  - Monitor daily operations under safety standards.
  - Ensure accuracy in inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch.
  - Control cost while maintaining efficiency.
  - Oversee expired and damaged goods handling.
  - Plan monthly stock counts and annual disposal of expired goods.
  - Maintain effective coordination with export, production, purchasing, accounting, QC, and HR teams.
  - Lead the team effectively, ensuring high morale and low turnover.
  - Conduct performance analysis, coaching, and training.
  - Maintain cold room equipment and ensure operational readiness.
  - Ensure compliance with food safety and internal audit requirements.
